HOW WE STARTED
We opened Pickle Jar in the summer of 2018 following the launch of the Hilton Garden Inn Fredericton Downtown. Our goal was to not only provide food that our hotel guests would enjoy but also to offer delicious dishes that would keep locals coming back. Our unwavering commitment is to serve high-quality comfort food that differentiates us from traditional diner-style fare. Everything is made from scratch in our kitchen, creating a fun and challenging experience for our kitchen staff and maintaining the interest of our ever-learning and teaching team.
