Having a professional chef in the family inspired Chef Sarah’s’ culinary pursuits and led her down the path of a fulfilling career as a Chef. A Nova Scotia Native Chef Sarah McCarthy began following her grandfather’s footsteps the moment she was able to start working.

Chef Sarah has always prided herself in building what she calls culinary families around her- a team committed to bringing the best of what the Maritimes have to offer: from our farmers and purveyors to our pride in making things from scratch and our commitment to innovation and trying new things.  She hopes her pursuit of honest dishes that bring family and friends together comes through on the plate and inspires you to love food and family the way her grandfather did all those years ago.
